Return Policy Overview

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt of your items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Important: Please note that due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain products. See section on non-returnable items below.

Return Process

  1. Submit a Return Request: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the return request template provided below.
  2. Wait for Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns address (provided in your return authorization email). Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
  5. Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this in your return request. We will process the exchange once we receive your returned item. If the exchange item costs more than the returned item, you will need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we will refund the difference.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Astianpesuaineet (Dishwashing detergents)
  • Erikoispuhdistusaineet (Special cleaning agents)
  • Kylpyhuoneen, saunan ja WC:n pesuaineet (Bathroom, sauna and toilet cleaning products)
  • Avainsäilytys (Key storage items) – if personalized
  • Annostelijat (Dispensers) – if used
  • Any products that have been opened or used

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label if needed.
